Reborn, I Let My Game Addicted Brother Face the Hurricane

On the day a Category 5 hurricane makes landfall, Claire Bennett's younger brother Ryan vanishes. Her parents, Daniel and Emily Bennett, drag her out into the storm to search for him, and in her previous life both parents died when a billboard collapsed on them, while Ryan was found safe in the glass room on the rooftop, gaming. When she confronted him, he shoved her off the roof.

Now Claire has woken two hours before the hurricane strikes. Her father is pulling on his raincoat and her mother is begging her to help find Ryan. Claire refuses. She calls Ryan four times; the fourth call is declined, proof that he is safe enough to press the button. Her parents rage at her, accusing her of jealousy and coldness, but she will not walk into the storm again.

As the wind tears at the building and her father pounds on the neighbours' doors for help, Claire stands her ground, waiting to see how long Ryan can last in that glass room.
