The Ex-Wife's Vendetta

Cassandra Walker became Cassandra Adams at twenty, married to Wesley Adams, a young New York businessman whose charm and success made him the envy of many. Their love began in college, when he saved her from a speeding car, and after a whirlwind courtship and a grand wedding, she believed she had everything she had ever dreamed of.

Two years later, Cassandra still longs for a child and a future with Wesley, but the tenderness she remembers begins to crack. One morning he coldly refuses the pancakes she made and leaves for London without explanation, taking only a bag of files. Left behind with her unanswered questions, she turns to her best friend, Danica Russell, who cannot hide her dislike for Wesley.

As doubt creeps into a marriage she thought was perfect, Cassandra must face the distance growing between them.
