This Is What She Chose

News of a wedding in Nordica's top power family lit up the world, but at the rehearsal Noah Northam caught his fiancée Ivette Bianchi with her childhood sweetheart Jerick Weiner, who asked to use the blood of her first time as pigment for his art. Noah dropped the ring and told her the ceremony would go on or her family would go broke.

Ivette chose Jerick anyway, then demanded Noah's money for Jerick's art show. Noah cut all ties with Bianchi Corp, and the family lost a billion in value. Her parents Philip and Melanie begged him to relent, while Ivette insisted she was chasing love, not power.

She swiped thirty million from his card to fund Jerick's exhibition, where the two smiled before a painting made with her blood. Noah took a call about a marriage that was pure strategy.
