After He Poisoned My Baby, I Unleashed Hell

On the eve of her daughter's first month, Clara's home is full of relatives when her brother-in-law Tom asks to borrow fifteen thousand dollars for a business. Clara refuses, and his wife Jessica turns nasty. Then a scream: the baby is vomiting thick black blood. A pesticide bottle lies beside the bed, and Tom and Jessica's eighteen-year-old son Ethan calmly confesses he fed it to her. Tom invents an excuse to flee with his family; Clara blocks the door and begs her husband Michael to call the police, but he pulls her away and lets them go.

The baby dies after nearly thirty hours of surgery. In the hospital hallway Clara hears Michael reassuring Tom and Jessica that it was an accident, that he will not call the police on his nephew, and that he will handle her. When she seizes the phone to call the police herself, he calls her crazy and promises her they can have another child.
