The Price of Your Devotion

When Ethan learns of his wife's infertility diagnosis, he weeps harder than she does and sets up a fundraiser overnight, vowing that caring for her is his only duty. Moved by his devotion, she prepares to sell the downtown townhouse her late parents left her to pay for treatments.

Just before she signs, a message lights up his phone from someone saved as Forever Yours, Chloe, asking whether the donated funds will cover a Porsche. The buyer, Mr. Miller, presses for a quick, cheap sale, and Ethan's story about the money begins to unravel. Feigning stomach pain, she knocks the contract into a spilled glass of water and stalls the deal.

That night she unlocks his phone and finds the truth of the scheme laid bare in his messages, along with the bitter herbal tonics she has swallowed for three years. Now she must decide how to play along with a husband who is quietly bleeding her dry.
