So I'm the Side Chick Now

Dakota has just accepted a proposal from Michael Hall, the thoughtful, hardworking man who won her over with small kindnesses and a platinum ring that promised they would be each other's one and only. Then, on the eve of her wedding, she stumbles onto an online post from a wife asking what to do about a husband with a second family on the side. The photo in the post is her own, and the ring on the man's hand is the one she chose herself.

Digging through the woman's feed, Dakota finds a toddler's photos, cold home-cooked dinners and an ultrasound announcement, all liked by a profile picture she knows too well. The wife is Nora Zimmerman, a former stay-at-home mother whom Michael met at university, and the child is Ryker Hall.

When the two women meet, accusations fly before Dakota turns the blame where it belongs and offers Nora a chance to make Michael answer for everything. Whether Nora will take it remains to be seen.
