Wedding Livestream: My Fiancée Marries My Brother

Ryan Griffin sits alone in a deserted hotel lobby, dressed in the suit his fiancée chose, waiting for a wedding that will never happen. A trending livestream shows Lily Sullivan placing his ring on another man's finger: Henry Griffin, his younger brother who vanished ten years ago. Lily tells the camera she only pretended to marry Ryan so he could feel the despair of being abandoned, and his parents and sister Sarah Griffin back her, calling it atonement.

What none of them know is that Ryan was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer a month ago and has only three days left. Lily expects him to pay the suit's remaining balance, then come home to apologize to Henry; Sarah insists he attend a family dinner and a portrait session in a groomsman's suit. In the apartment, his face has been cut from every wedding photo and replaced with Henry's.

Ryan must decide how to spend the little time he has left while the family he once trusted demands he give everything back to the brother he lost.
