What the Cradle Hid

Theodore Collins has lived this day before. In his previous life, his newborn son was stolen from the hospital the day after his birth. His wife Whitney Shaw lost her mind searching for the child, then jumped from their balcony, and Theodore drank himself to death on the streets. Now he has been given another chance, and he trusts no one. When the head nurse, Sienna Lawson, arrives to take his baby for a hearing screening, Theodore blocks the crib and demands paperwork, refusing to let his son out of his sight.

That night, with the door locked and a camera running, Whitney's scream wakes him: the crib is empty. The security footage shows only static, and the police, led by Ron Carter, find no trace of the infant leaving the building.
