Story

The story

Jocelyn has always been the older daughter expected to give in, while her younger sister Nina received every gentle word and pretty dress. When Henry Vale proposes, Jocelyn believes she has finally been chosen. But at her wedding dress fitting, the stylist leads Nina to the mirror, the photographer takes ninety-nine photos of Nina and Henry, and her own parents remark that Nina looks more like a bride. Jocelyn walks out unnoticed.

In the days that follow, Nina changes the venue, hires the makeup team, and claims the largest suite in the Moretti estate, all with Henry's quiet approval. When Jocelyn finally objects, Henry calls her petty and reminds her that a Donna needs grace. The wedding group chat fills with plans made without her, and no one asks whether she is all right.

With the wedding days away, Jocelyn must decide whether to keep yielding as the older sister, or walk away from a love that was never truly hers.
