Story
The story
Sent by his father to run a surprise inspection of the company his wife Ellie manages, Alexander Vance expects a routine formality. Instead he watches a baby-faced young man named Leo nearly feed a merger agreement into a paper shredder, then drench the office's main power switch, plunging the whole floor into darkness and wiping out hours of unsaved work.
No one dares stop him. The staff whisper that Leo is Ms. Hayes's husband and the company's real owner, and they simply endure his games and his wandering. Alexander says nothing about who he is, arranging a quiet workstation and asking that Ellie not be told he is there.
As Leo roams the office poking at sketches and keyboards, Alexander begins to wonder what his wife's competence, and her character, have really become.

He picked up a contract from a nearby desk, looking ready to feed it in.
A colleague next to him gasped, his face draining of color, and quickly stopped him:
"Oh my god, Leo, what are you doing? Weren't you playing games in the office?
