Sweat & Secrets: A Married Woman's Stir

Catherine Alden has the kind of figure that turns heads, but her marriage to Frederick Shaw has left her lonely: he is always away on business, and she is left alone in an empty bed, restless and unfulfilled.

At her fitness class, a substitute coach takes over: Samuel Wolfe, a tall, broad-shouldered college student whose touch during a workout ignites feelings Catherine has been struggling to suppress. Alone in the changing room, she gives in to her desire, unaware that Samuel has quietly appeared behind her.

When Samuel pushes her to her knees and threatens a punishment for leaving early, Catherine's phone buzzes. It is Frederick.
