Story

The story

While recuperating overseas, Ethan Miller sees an online wedding announcement for his son, Howard Miller, whose bride is a woman in her sixties. He rushes home to find his three adopted daughters, Eleanor Atkins, Shakira Lawson, and Iris Wade, gathered around his adopted son, William Miller, fawning over him.

The women declare that Howard will marry Ms. Holloway and become a live-in son-in-law while William takes over the Miller family businesses and produces an heir. They dismiss Howard's azoospermia, his dog-fur allergy, and the welts on his skin as lies, and Iris shows photographs to paint him as filthy. William plays the devoted son, and Monica Holloway arrives to take Howard for wedding fittings. Ethan refuses to believe the outsiders over his own son and prepares to act.
