Lifetime partners in grudge, we parted ways after rebirth

Lucas and Ava were bitter enemies for half their lives. On their deathbeds they spat venom at each other, hoping never to meet again. He hated her for tying him down with marriage and children, robbing him of his chance to become a singer in New York. She despised him for his partying and drinking, leaving her to care for his sick parents and their two children. In their mutual hatred, they were reborn.

Back on the day she changed her college application, Ava finds her parents still alive and vows to stay away from Lucas. But at a party after the exams, one look tells her Lucas has been reborn too. As his departure for New York nears, Mrs. Wilson calls, begging Ava to persuade him to stay, just as in her previous life.

This time Ava sees the Wilsons' long-hidden intentions, and she will not be pulled back into their plans.
