Goodbye, Mom

Dr. Rosie Mitchell is the only surgeon who can save her dying mother, Daphne Elliott, who needs a kidney transplant. But when a kidney arrives, Rosie gives it to a stranger waiting in the operating room instead, insisting that a life is a life and that the other patient came first.

Outside the OR, her father Logan Mitchell and her husband Ethan Blackwood kneel and beg her to change her mind, while a growing crowd of onlookers turns hostile. As her mother's monitor alarms and her father collapses, Rosie refuses to break the hospital's rules, and Ethan threatens divorce.
