Story

The story

Chloe is the true heiress who was intentionally switched at birth. When her biological parents, Richard and Catherine Sterling, finally find her, she has already joined the neighborhood senior citizens' Zumba squad, dressed in a bright floral-embroidered velour tracksuit. Their faces twist in disgust as they meet her in her cramped apartment, alongside the frail Serena, the girl raised in her place.

The Sterling family shields Serena, insisting she is innocent of her mother Brenda Miller's cruelty. But the aunties of the neighborhood swarm in to defend Chloe, revealing the scars and abuse she endured for sixteen years. As the Sterlings urge Chloe to learn from Serena and abandon her old life, Chloe smiles and asks why she always wears those tracksuits.

Because Brenda Miller shredded all her clothes so she could not go to school. And that was not all.
