A Warning from Seven Years Ahead

One afternoon, Delilah Hanson receives a text from seven years in the future — sent by herself. The message warns her to break up with Caleb Wheeler today, the day his first love returns from overseas. When Caleb walks in with Savannah Gordon, introducing her as his foster sister who will be staying with them, Delilah is stunned.

At dinner, Savannah claims a black pepper allergy and collapses, and Caleb accuses Delilah of sabotaging her. The cook's security footage proves Delilah warned the kitchen in advance, exposing Savannah's act. That night, Delilah calls her future self, who describes a miserable marriage: Savannah never leaves, Caleb betrays her, and their son Andy calls Savannah "Mom." The future Delilah has already taken sleeping pills.

When Caleb comes to apologize, Delilah tells him they need to break up. He grabs her wrist and admits Savannah was his first love. Delilah must decide whether to walk away before that future comes true.
