Story
The story
Elizabeth's son Archer is gravely ill, and only her husband Michael, a celebrated surgeon, can perform the operation. But Michael abandons the surgery the moment his first love, Alicia, returns to the country, handing the procedure to an intern. Archer loses too much blood and nearly falls into a coma. When Elizabeth begs Michael to operate again, he delays, and a security camera reveals him with Alicia, calling Archer a bastard who does not deserve to inherit anything. He plans to drug Elizabeth at his promotion celebration and ruin her in public.
Desperate, Elizabeth calls Franco, Archer's real father, and offers to make him the new hospital director. Franco agrees to help, but only if she divorces Michael and marries him. As Archer fights for his life in the ICU, Alicia sends Elizabeth a pregnancy document and a message: she planned everything and wants Elizabeth gone.
