My Brother's Wedding, My Funeral

After their parents died, Sebastian raised his sister Dora with fierce devotion, until the night his fiancée Melody died in a car crash. Melody's sister Natalie told Sebastian that Dora's call sent the sisters driving through the rain for cupcakes, and Sebastian has blamed Dora ever since. He left the country to manage Melody's business, leaving Dora with Natalie's family, where Natalie and her followers tormented her, and a forged medical report convinced Sebastian that Dora lies about everything.

Now Sebastian has returned, and Dora is kept in a sanatorium, diagnosed with Munchausen syndrome, her scars and tattoo dismissed as self-harm. At Melody's grave he grips her wrist and tells her to go die. Dora knows the truth about the phone call, but no one will believe a word she says.

Natalie's cruelty only deepens, and Dora clings to the one bond she has left.
