Story

The story

At a loud college party, a game of Truth or Dare ends with Chloe kissing Noah Evans, the guy she has secretly loved for a year. The moment their lips touch, she begins to hear his voice inside her head, even though he never speaks aloud. His thoughts are not what she expected.

Noah retreats to a corner of the couch, his face as cool and unreadable as ever, and Chloe is sure he regrets the kiss. Then his voice returns, telling her exactly what he wants. When the game resumes, Noah keeps losing on purpose and reaches for a dare card marked by a tiny crease, the same dare Chloe once drew.

Now the card demands another kiss, and Noah asks Chloe if she is okay with it. She alone can hear what he is really thinking, and she must decide what to do with the secret.
