He Buried My Daughter to Crown Another Child

Adriana Vellano, the youngest woman ever to lead the Vellano Family, is away closing a matter in another Family's territory when a live feed shows her daughter Sofia's convoy ambushed. A boy named Marco is walked out unscratched, while Sofia crawls bleeding from the wreckage. The men guarding Marco look like the enforcers Adriana sent for her daughter, and his pack resembles the one-of-a-kind piece she designed for Sofia.

Her husband Vincent dismisses her fears and hangs up. The woman trusted to raise Sofia, Gia Torrino, admits she took the footage down at Marco's mother's request. At the Vellano clinic, Sofia lies alone and untended in a corridor, while Vincent emerges from the finest private room, claiming he gave it to another child.

As more of the truth surfaces, Adriana vows to give them all a surprise they will never forget.
