Fiance breaks off engagement after wrong cancer test results

Clara and her fiancé Liam go for a routine pre-wedding health check-up, but a one-digit mix-up in their phone numbers swaps their results. Liam's stomach cancer diagnosis lands in Clara's messages, while her clean report reaches him.
