Story

The story

To save Diana from terminal cancer, she and her best friend Sophie bound themselves to the Twin-Destiny System. They won the hearts of the two Sinclair brothers and became the envy of high society. Seven years later, Diana is discarded by her husband Alexander and her own son Oliver, while Sophie is imprisoned for bullying her husband's childhood sweetheart, Bella.

On the day of her release, Sophie runs into traffic and is killed. Grief shatters Diana. When she wakes in hospital beside Alexander, the cold CEO of the Sinclair Empire, she attacks his brother Sebastian and Bella, blaming them for driving Sophie to her death. Alexander and Bella insist Sophie is manipulating her, and Oliver turns on her with hatred.

Diana resolves to leave the Sinclairs behind. At the funeral home, as Sophie's body is taken to the incinerator, Diana lunges toward the flames, only to be pulled back by a staff member.
