Story

The story

For three years of marriage, Jane believed her husband Julian was an ordinary employee earning only $3,000 a month. She scrimped and saved, working late even through a raging fever to help cover their rent, convinced that love mattered more than money.

One night, ignoring her worsening chest pain, she put his needs before her own. Hours later, her heart gave out. Her soul drifted free — and she watched Julian sign a property contract with another woman at a luxury condo office. The poverty was a lie; so was his devotion.

When Julian returns home to her body, he collapses. Jane's spirit can only watch, unseen, as the truth of their marriage unravels.
