A Funeral, A Lie, A Live Stream

At her uncle Ben's funeral, Mandy accuses their mother of an affair with the dead man and declares that Sharon is not their father's daughter. Sharon, who has always resembled her uncle, watches as her father strikes her mother, kicks her to the floor and vows to cast them out with nothing. Her aunt, Ben's widow, lunges at the accused woman, and every mourner believes Mandy.

Sharon quietly starts a live stream. She knows her sister's tears are a performance: Mandy, the family's spoiled youngest, has spent years turning their mother's guilt over Leo's drowning into power, and now she has dressed down and chosen her moment. A DNA test could settle everything, but her father refuses to hear it.

As the room turns on her mother, Sharon must decide how much of the truth to expose, and to whom.
