Story
The story
When news of her daughter Vivian's plane crash reaches the family, Eleanor's husband Robert moves his mistress Serena into the villa and declares that Eleanor's protection is gone. Her son Brandon boasts that the Harper Group is now his, and together they force Eleanor into the doghouse, strip her of phone and bank cards, and make her serve them as a maid.
Robert and Brandon plan a memorial service to announce Vivian's death and claim her inheritance, while Eleanor is beaten, locked in a storage room, and denied a doctor. But Vivian was delayed by a meeting and never boarded the crashed plane. With help from Chloe, a cleaner Vivian once aided, Eleanor reaches a phone and tries to call Vivian's assistant Marcus as Serena opens the door.

My husband, Robert, immediately brought his mistress, Serena, into our home.
He sneered at me, arrogant and defiant:
"Serena and I have been separated for decades, but she was always meant to be my wife."
"Vivian is dead, blown to smithereens, so your protection is gone. You're no longer the high-and-mighty Mrs. Harper. From now on, you'll learn to know your place!"
My son, Brandon, smirked with pure malice:
