Story

The story

Hannah Reed is a fish-gutter whose drunken rant about the nation's most notorious playboy, David Brown, is overheard by his father, Harrison Brown, the richest man in the country. Harrison offers her a deal: marry David and take control of his life. She accepts.

At the Crestwood estate, Harrison hands Hannah a black bank card and transfers David's cars and properties into her name, ordering his furious son to obey her. David, who assumed she was just another girlfriend, is outraged to learn his money now belongs to a woman he considers beneath him.

When David tries to charm the card back, Hannah refuses. With a garage full of luxury cars and a fortune at her fingertips, she holds all the power over a man who has never been told no.
