My Cheating Husband Thinks I'm Blind

Autumn, blind for five years after saving Leo from a landslide, is eight months pregnant when she hears moans behind closed doors. Leo claims it is only neighborhood cats, but she finds a whip and lingerie in the closet. Then she learns the truth: her husband and her best friend Chloe swapped the eggs during IVF, so the baby she carries was never hers. Overhearing their cruelty, she falls down the stairs — and her sight returns.

Waking in the hospital after losing the baby, Autumn hides her recovered vision. Leo blames her for the miscarriage and forces her to bow to Chloe amid the porcelain shards. At home the maids mock her, and Grandma Eleanor strikes her, ordering her to kneel in the courtyard with a book on her head. Eleanor warns that if Autumn is not pregnant within a year, her mother's life support will be unplugged.

Betrayed by husband and friend alike, Autumn must decide how long she will keep pretending to be blind.
