My Husband Protected A Murderer

Luna's father, a brilliant scientist, is kidnapped and found dead by the river. Her husband Henry Franke, a lawyer, vows to find the murderer so she can have her revenge. But Luna overhears Henry's sponsored student Violet Sunder confess that she only meant to scare Professor Smith during his lecture, and that the kidnappers killed him by mistake. Henry promises to settle everything for Violet, and Luna realizes her husband will protect the person who destroyed her family.

Henry hands Luna a case closure form naming a terminal cancer patient as the killer, and when she refuses to sign, he has security guards force her.
