After Reborn, I Destroyed My Husband and His Mistress's Life

On the day of her heart transplant, Mabel's husband James Hawtorn, the hospital director, orders every doctor to the top-floor VIP ward because his childhood sweetheart Wanda Gilmore has menstrual cramps. Left with half an anesthetic and no surgeon, Mabel watches the heart she waited eight years for stop beating. After her death, James erases the surveillance footage, blames her weak body, and drives her parents to suicide on New Year's Eve while seizing their property. He then marries Wanda and lives in luxury.

When Mabel opens her eyes, she is back on the day of the surgery. She sends a message to her parents, then pretends to trust James, promising to hand over the hospital if the operation succeeds. But when a hemorrhage erupts mid-surgery, James withholds the last dose of her family's hemostatic medicine, questioning whether it is needed. Mabel must now fight to survive the very operation that killed her, and to make those who wronged her pay.
