Story

The story

For seven years, Nina has stood beside Ethan, ever since she was his college junior and the one who rushed him to the hospital after someone drugged him. When he proposes, she says yes, though the floating comments around her reveal he is drunk and has mistaken her for Sarah. Nina is a strategy girl: the proposal completes her mission, and the System grants her seven days before she can leave this world.

Sarah's return from abroad has already pulled Ethan away, and the ring is taken back as a mistake. Ethan tells his friend he would never have proposed if he had not mistaken her for Sarah, and his words confirm what Nina has finally understood: she was only a stand-in for the female lead.

With seven days left, Nina must decide how to wrap up the life she built here and walk away from the man she loved for seven years.
