Story

The story

Five months pregnant, Ashlyn is kidnapped by thugs who demand a ten-million ransom from her brother Jeremy Wirkola and her husband Grant Sanders. No one answers. She is tortured until she is barely alive, then rescued. Jeremy swears vengeance; Grant weeps and vows to get her treated.

Under anesthesia, Ashlyn hears Grant order the surgeons to harvest her bone marrow for Jessie, remove her uterus, and leave her legs untreated so she can never walk again. Her brother Jeremy Wirkola is the one holding the scalpel, and he tells her this is what she owes Jessie. When she wakes, both men lie to her with tender faces, and by night they come to drain her blood for Jessie, planning to blame her with a fabricated video.

Betrayed by the two people she trusted most, Ashlyn lies motionless, listening to the promises of the men who are destroying her.
