Story
The story
Sean has mild prosopagnosia, and his fiancée Amy treats it as a running joke. With her best friend Becca and his supposed best friend Jack, she stages games of "Find the Bride" in crowded places, making him pay for dinner whenever he guesses wrong. At their wedding photo shoot, a dozen women in identical bridal gowns stand with their backs to him, and Jack reveals Amy is not even in the lineup. A note from Amy tells him to host the rehearsal dinner alone.
Sean cancels the venue, returns to the condo he owns, and finds Amy, Becca and Jack eating hotpot, with Jack wearing his custom engagement suit. Amy demands he apologize to Jack and reschedule the dinner, blaming his face blindness for everything. Sean locks himself in the bedroom, lists the condo for sale, and applies for a transfer to a branch over six hundred miles away.
The next morning he leaves with a suitcase, and at the jewelry store Amy buys Jack a luxury watch instead of their wedding bands.
