Story

The story

Iris Goldsmith wakes to her brother Ivan's labored breathing and realizes she has been reborn on the very night he was drugged. In her previous life, she stripped down and used her body as his antidote, only to be blamed for ruining his love life and killed by him on their wedding night. This time, she keeps her distance and drives to collect Vicky Wright, the woman Ivan insists he must marry.

Ivan believes Iris drugged his milk to sabotage his wedding night with Vicky, and his suspicion and disgust are plain. Vicky, once sponsored by the Goldsmith family, now lives near Ivan's company and wants Iris to step aside. Iris no longer clings to her old feelings; her only wish is to protect her parents from the ruin her past love brought upon them.

Yet Ivan watches her with doubt, and Vicky hides her triumph behind a timid face. To shield Mom and Dad, Iris must decide how far she will go to help the marriage she once died for.
