Betrayed by My Best Friend and My Wife

After a car accident costs Theodore his leg, his wife Victoria and his best friend Diallo devote themselves to his recovery, tending to him day and night. Their care becomes the only light in his dark days, and he throws himself into rehabilitation, grateful for the people he trusts most.

Then a message arrives at his online store from a stranger asking for a cross necklace as an apology, confessing to sleeping with his best friend's two wives and to drugging him before the crash. The shipping details name Diallo as the recipient, and a call to his ex-wife Lamoris confirms what he never suspected.

When Victoria and Diallo rush him to the hospital after he swallows a bottle of pills, their masks begin to slip, and the two people he trusted most turn on him at his bedside.
