Story

The story

A young doctor is stabbed to death outside the operating room by the brother of a patient. Her soul drifts above the scene, and a voice called The Script tells her she is the doomed "First Love" in a tragic romance, killed so that her boyfriend Julian and the Heroine Tessa can meet. It offers a wager: if Julian resists the plot and stays true for three months, she will be allowed to live again. She accepts at once.

Watching unseen, she sees Julian collapse over her body, then refuse Tessa's plea to sign a leniency letter for her brother's crime. But Tessa keeps returning, and The Script insists that love grown from hate is the real story. As Julian freezes the family's assets and Tessa becomes his secretary, the doctor begins to doubt whether he is still the man she trusted.
