My Wife Got Engaged to Someone Else at My Birthday Party

As the richest woman in Yorkshire, Stella throws a grand birthday party for her husband, Oliver Swift, and he stands on stage expecting a surprise. Instead, her sister hands him a divorce agreement, and Stella demands he sign it and give her freedom, calling him unworthy of her.

Oliver has spent three years keeping the home and quietly guiding Stella's business, and he refuses to sign on his birthday, the day his mother died giving birth to him. Then Hans Keller takes the stage and holds Stella's hand; she declares the party is really their engagement party. The guests whisper that Hans is a beneficiary of a spiritual revival, able to walk on water, and that this is why Stella turned back to her first love.

Bound by his debt to Stella's grandfather, who saved his life and asked him to marry her, Oliver warns her that Hans is using her as a cauldron, and faces Hans's mockery that he is the mistress here.
