Story

The story

When the ultra-wealthy, aloof Seraphina Sterling suddenly invites her entire class to her empty mansion for a Thanksgiving sleepover, the group chat erupts with excitement. She promises a chartered bus, cocktail dresses, a professional photographer, and a 24-Hour Offline Challenge where all phones are surrendered and everyone must stay overnight.

Mia is the only one who hesitates. The rules trigger a primal alarm she cannot explain, and she refuses to attend. Her roommates Harper and Chloe pressure her, and Seraphina herself messages to ask why she is the sole holdout. Mia files an early departure request for her study abroad program and books an overnight flight out of the country.

As soon as she lands, her phone floods with missed calls and messages. Her roommate's final text reads: "You didn't come. You literally saved your own life."
