But I'm a Guy

After a day of basketball and beer with friends, a long-haired man wakes at midnight with a stabbing pain in his stomach and blood on his pants. He knows his hemorrhoids have ruptured, so he calls his friend Tyler Morgan, who drives him to the crowded hospital. There, Dr. Holly Stevens takes one look at him and declares a potential miscarriage, refusing to examine him before deciding.

She scolds him as a promiscuous woman and even warns Tyler to stay away from her. When he protests that he is a man, she dismisses his ID as fake and his long hair as a tomboy act, while waiting patients join in the mockery. His soaked pad slipping to the floor only makes him look guiltier.

Furious at a doctor who diagnoses by appearance alone, he threatens to report her and demands to see her supervisor, determined to clear his name.
