When My Secretary Stole My Daughter's Island, I Went on a Rampage

For his daughter Emily's coming-of-age party, James Sullivan has opened the private island he gave her. The celebration is shattered when Derek Chen, the chief secretary of James's wife Olivia White, arrives drunk with over a dozen bodyguards and claims the island is his own birthday gift from Olivia. He orders his men to seize a girl, then turns on Emily, tearing her dress and threatening to strip her before the guests.

James shields his daughter and fights back, but the bodyguards pin him down and beat him. Derek boasts that Olivia is done with her stay-at-home husband and will praise him for removing Emily and James as obstacles. When Olivia finally walks in, she slaps Emily, calls her worthless, and orders her to apologize to Derek, insisting she rules the family.

James slaps Olivia twice, reminding her that his family raised her and that he built everything she has. As the bodyguards beat him again, Olivia offers to keep the family together if he apologizes to Derek. Bloodied, James refuses.
