My Wife Stole My Mom's Life Savings to See Her Boy Band

Ethan's mother is seriously ill and needs surgery, but his wife Ashley has spent the family's savings on scalped tickets to a boy band's farewell tour. When he calls her, she tells him his mother's illness can wait and the concert cannot. The hospital refuses to operate until the bill is paid, and Ethan cannot raise the money in time.

A chance encounter changes everything: Sarah Evans, his high school lab partner and now a surgeon, sees his mother's name on the patient list and arranges the surgery, deducting the cost from her own account. As his mother is wheeled into the operating room, a viral video shows Ashley at the concert in a wedding dress, telling the singer she wants to marry him.

Ashley returns demanding more money, and Ethan finally stops excusing her. He contacts a lawyer about a divorce, while Sarah's kindness makes him question the marriage he has endured for five years.
