A mother-in-law With No Sense of Boundaries

Sherry Nelson's husband, Matthew Turner, works at her father's company, but their home belongs as much to his mother, Margaret Walker, who holds a key and enters without knocking. When Sherry's younger brother, Brandon Nelson, returns from studying abroad, Margaret locks the two of them in the bedroom and phones Matthew to accuse Sherry of bringing a strange man home. Matthew bursts in and raises a hand to Sherry, while Margaret refuses to give up her key and claims she has lost it.

After Matthew leaves on a business trip, Sherry restores the house to her own taste and installs a fingerprint lock. But she finds Margaret asleep in Matthew's bed, clutching his bath towel, because Matthew secretly recorded Margaret's fingerprint before leaving. When Margaret sees the wedding photo changed, she pulls it down and it shatters.

Sherry must decide how much of her own home she is willing to surrender to a mother-in-law who refuses every boundary.
