The Amnesia Protocol

In the seventh year of her marriage, Chloe discovers that her husband, Arthur Sterling, has been deliberately erasing her memory with an experimental drug. While she was supposedly forgetting him, he brought another woman into their home and threw her a lavish wedding. But Chloe's memory has already returned, and she hides the truth, playing along with his performance.

When she overhears Arthur and his friends discussing the drug, she learns her amnesia was never an accident. Her father has died, and Arthur believes she has no one left. She secretly applies to a classified research project under an alias, planning to leave in one month.

Each day she pretends to swallow the pill he gives her, spitting it out when he isn't looking. As she burns the last traces of their life together, Arthur returns home with another woman, unaware that his carefully built illusion is already crumbling.
