My Wife Was Obsessed With Buying Cheap Junk on Temu

Arthur hands his wife Hazel $4,000 of his $6,000 monthly salary and expects a peaceful home. Instead, she fills their apartment with cheap goods from Temu, argues with sellers over a box of trash bags, and lets their son scream from the toilet while she counts her packages. When he compares her to Vivian Wright downstairs, Hazel asks for a divorce, and he agrees without hesitation.

A month later she has not come back, and Arthur is the one panicking over the mortgage, car insurance, and utility bills. He finds comfort in Vivian's spotless apartment, her roses, and her easy gratitude, but he cannot help measuring his own wife against her.

When he brings Hazel roses, she calls them a waste of money, and the gap between the two women only widens.
