Story
The story
Liam has planned a road trip in his brand-new Maybach for his honeymoon with his wife, Chloe. But the day before they leave, his ex-girlfriend Ashley appears at their door, sobbing that her husband has been abusive and that she is too scared to go home. Liam, heartbroken for her, decides on the spot to bring her along, turning the romantic two-person getaway into a trio.
Chloe is furious and confronts him, but Liam calls her inconsiderate and heartless, insisting that only he can make Ashley feel safe. His mother Evelyn takes his side, reminding Chloe that Ashley is like a daughter she watched grow up. They assume Chloe has given in and will accept the arrangement.
Quietly, Chloe packs her bags, planning to go home instead, and she takes the Maybach keys with her, because she bought that car.
