The story

Her family is cold: parents who favored her siblings, an entitled sister and spoiled brother, and an ex-husband, Grayson Lockwood, a ruthless CEO who never loved her. Their marriage was an arranged promise, and their divorce was finalized just days ago. Now Grayson calls her phone relentlessly, and her mother's texts demand she beg him to remarry.
As a ghost, Audrey watches those who mistreated her—and wonders why the man who showed her no warmth in life is suddenly so desperate to reach her.
