Audrey Faulkner, the rightful lady of a wealthy household, watches her husband's assistant Karen Barra rise through high society on a wave of cosmetic procedures while Audrey herself ages unnaturally fast. When Audrey confronts her husband Henry Faulkner, he shoves her down and sides with Karen. After Karen agrees to a rejuvenation experiment tied to the Sauldi Group, Audrey's organs fail and she dies.

She wakes on the afternoon Karen first boasts about her debut skin-boosting injection. Armed with foreknowledge, Audrey cancels Karen's appointment, books the clinic's top-tier anti-aging package on Henry's supplementary card, and confronts Karen as Mrs. Faulkner. Yet the treatments leave her a twenty-year-old face on a failing body, while Henry warns her to stop harassing Karen.

At a Faulkner estate dinner for the Sauldi project, Audrey shuffles in bent and frail, humiliated before the relatives as Karen glows beside Henry. When Karen spills wine across Audrey's dress, Audrey must decide how far her second chance will take her.
