What about the girl who married off to Africa? After my wife eloped with a black man, she cried and called me for help.

Ethan's wife Chloe is a flight attendant training at Qatar Airways, and he has funded her career while living frugally at home. When Chloe's cousin Emily visits, she warns him that Chloe has been unfaithful and shows him screenshots of a chat between Chloe and a first-class passenger. Emily also reveals that the extra pair of shoes he found on their wedding morning came from Chloe's lover, a tradition for an unfaithful bride.

During the Qatar World Cup, Ethan sees Chloe on television kissing a Black man in the stands. When he calls her, she dismisses the kiss as a foreign tradition and hangs up. Determined to learn the truth, Ethan flies to Doha, only to find that Chloe never stayed at her company dorm. A security guard tells him that flight attendants frequent bars near the athletes' village, seeking wealthy World Cup guests. At the bar entrance, the bouncer demands identification and refuses him entry.

Ethan must decide whether his wife's betrayal is real, and what he will do when he finally confronts her.
