After being reborn as our mother-in-law's children, we embarked on our path of revenge.

After dying, a woman and her best friend wake as unborn twins in the womb of her mother-in-law, Eleanor. The original fetus had already stopped beating after a fall, and Eleanor is about to sign for an abortion. The two speak to her from inside, proving who they are, and reveal the truth: her son Alex arranged the daughter-in-law's death to be with his first love, Jessica, the daughter of the woman her husband Richard once obsessed over. Richard and Alex meant for Eleanor to lose this pregnancy and raise Jessica as their own.

Eleanor leaves the hospital to mourn at a cemetery, where Alex and Jessica find her and press her to return for the procedure. Back at the hospital, Jessica orders the staff about while Alex stays silent. Eleanor refuses to sign and demands another check-up. In the ultrasound room, the doctor finds two strong heartbeats: twins, both boys. Richard arrives as Alex and Jessica pale, and the twins inside vow to make the men pay.
