Chapter 4The Ivy League Prank Gone Wrong

Lucas couldn't stand seeing Tiffany sad, so he vented all his anger on me:

"Zoe! Are you an idiot! Why didn't you stop us!"

"Now we all have to go to community college, are you satisfied!"

"Bitch! Aren't you afraid of karma for doing something so heartless!"

Lucas pinned me down like a madman, raining punches on me.

The classmates swarmed up too, punching me one after another, comforting Tiffany while doing so:

"It's okay Tiffany! Not your fault, it's all this dead nerd's fault!"

"She's always so cautious, how could she not expect a power outage? What is she good for!"

"Must be jealous of you, deliberately didn't stop us, trying to sow discord! I won't fall for her tricks!"

I struggled until I had no strength left, seeing teachers and parents finally finding us in the rain.

The teacher hurriedly pulled me up from the ground, scolding them:

"Nonsense! I just checked, only Zoe's application is for Ivy League schools, everyone else put community colleges!"

"Is this something to joke about!"

The classmates all froze, and the parents' faces darkened.

Lucas shouted at me:

"Bitch! You tricked us! You didn't change your application!"

Some parents even shoved live streams in my face:

"Little bitch! You tricked my kid into community college while you go to Harvard, huh!"

"God, please bring justice!"

The classmates in front of me rolled their eyes, exchanged glances.

And said in unison:

"Teacher, she tricked us into changing our applications! Please call the police, give us another chance!"

"We were tricked! Teacher, can you beg the Education Board again? For the sake of us being deceived, give us another chance..."

I scanned the faces of my classmates, tears welling up in my eyes.

These were the classmates I desperately tried to help in my past life!

So in this life, seeing their aggrieved looks, I felt no pity, only that they deserved it!

The camera turned to my smirking face, and the livestream comments cursed even more.

I struggled to stand up with the teacher's help, exposing my face completely to the livestream:

"I didn't, it was all Tiffany who instigated them! I have a recording of the whole thing!"

But just as I was about to take out my phone, all the classmates rushed up.

To protect Tiffany, they stomped my phone to pieces!

They were determined to protect Tiffany:

"Zoe, stop pretending. We have forty-nine witnesses, you tricked us! Now you want to frame Tiffany! Shameless!"

"Three years of classmates, didn't know you were this kind of person!"

Parents were red-eyed with rage. If not for the teachers protecting me, they would have rushed in to beat me.

They questioned me loudly:

"Why did you do this!"

In the distance, police sirens sounded.

My face lit up with joy, glancing at Tiffany sobbing in Lucas's arms.

Her good days were about to end!

When the classmates learned the truth, it would be the day she went to hell!
