Story
The story
Natalie Prescott runs Prescott Media Group, one of the largest entertainment conglomerates on the eastern seaboard, and she built Adrian Ward into an A-list star. He is also her husband of two years. When her father, Arthur Prescott, travels sixty miles to a fan expo to support Adrian, Adrian's manager Paige Nolan tears up his sign, grinds her heel into his fingers, shoves him into a crowd barrier and slaps him, while Adrian watches from the stage and smirks.
Adrian's team issues a statement claiming the man breached the VIP enclosure and that protocols were executed with no malicious intent. Adrian never calls his father-in-law, and when Natalie reaches him at an after-party he claims he did not know who the man was. Natalie asks where Paige is, and tells him to put her on the phone.
